Q: Do you ship outside the US?

•   A: At this time I only ship within the US. We're hoping to change this soon. **Please note: Any orders that's placed that's outside the US will be cancelled.**
  

Q: How Long will it take for orders to be shipped? 

• A: For Ready to ship orders, please allow 5-7 for shipping. For Custom orders, Please Allow 7-14 days for shipping due to custom orders being handmade to order. 
• Please keep in mind that if you place a order around the holidays, this could result in delays in shipping. 

Q: Do you accept Returns, exchanges or do refunds? 

• No, all sales are final 

Q: My order never showed up, What do I do?

• A: We're not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the order is dropped off to the Post office. Please contact USPS for more information and tracking information is sent out once orders are shipped. Please be sure to check tracking as well.
